So, here we are at The Statler Hotel, Cornell University in New York State- and why I hear you ask? Well it's to attend the General Managers Program to develop managers into strategic thinkers! So far we've discussed Strategy, and how we could improve it at the Belmont- to the benefit of our guests, team and even shareholders! And ethical leadership, which is of course something we already take very seriously!
